Melbuilt provides complimentary preliminary construction cost plans for eligible projects within South-East Queensland. Sufficient project documentation, including drawings or design information, must be supplied before a cost plan can be prepared. All pricing is indicative only, prepared on the basis of the information provided at the time, and does not constitute a fixed quotation. The cost plan is issued for internal budgeting purposes only and must not be shared with alternative builders or used for competitive pricing without Melbuilt’s written consent. Final costs may vary due to changes in documentation, site conditions or market factors. Melbuilt may vary or withdraw this offer at any time. Full terms are available upon request.
